We look at the area with you: sun, drainage, soil, access and anything that's bothering you.

Grass types, paver styles, plants and timing, plus any permit, HOA or watering-rule issues to plan for.

A clear written estimate with the scope spelled out. Take your time; there's no pressure to decide on the spot.
