Service areas across Tampa Bay
We work in 15 cities across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk counties. Watering days, fertilizer rules and permits change from one jurisdiction to the next, and each city page covers the local details.
Hillsborough County
Our home county: Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Lutz, Carrollwood, Town 'n' Country, Westchase, Temple Terrace, Plant City and Apollo Beach. The City of Tampa and the county set different watering and permit rules, so your address matters.
- Tampa Permanent once-a-week watering, protected oaks and driveway permits: we plan Tampa yards around all three.
- Brandon HOA-standard St. Augustine, wider driveways and County permits: Brandon runs on Hillsborough's rules.
- Riverview Compacted fill, builder-grade sod and bare backyards: Riverview's fast growth shapes every yard plan.
- Valrico Bahia acreage, Grand Oaks and acre-plus watering windows: Valrico mixes country club and countryside.
- Lutz Split between Hillsborough and Pasco, Lutz needs a parcel check before any tree, water or fertilizer plan.
- Carrollwood A mature oak canopy shapes Carrollwood yards: shade-tolerant turf, rezoned sprinklers and root-aware pavers.
- Town 'n' Country Mid-century lots, aging sprinklers and bay-edge storm exposure define Town 'n' Country yard work.
- Westchase Village standards, pond-side fertilizer buffers and WCA review mean Westchase projects start with the paperwork.
- Temple Terrace A Tree City USA with free City Arborist inspections and first-offense watering fines, Temple Terrace rewards doing it by the book.
- Plant City Strawberry-country acreage means land clearing and site prep matter as much as mowing in Plant City.
- Apollo Beach Canals and salt make Apollo Beach one of the most storm-exposed communities we serve, so its yards are built to ride out storms.
Pinellas County
St. Petersburg and Clearwater, plus nearby unincorporated areas. Pinellas bans nitrogen and phosphorus lawn fertilizer from June 1 to September 30, and each water utility sets its own watering days.
Pasco County
Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes, plus the Pasco side of Lutz. Pasco keeps once-a-week watering year-round by local ordinance, and many communities here require HOA approval for landscape and paver changes.
Polk County
We take projects in Polk County too. There's no city page yet, so call or text with your address and we'll confirm scheduling. As of October 2026, Polk is under the same once-a-week SWFWMD order, which runs through March 31, 2027.
