Who we are

This policy explains how Randoms Lawn & Hardscape LLC, a Tampa, Florida company operating as Randoms Lawn Care & Hardscaping (“Randoms,” “we” or “us”), collects and uses information through randomslawn.com, our forms, our scheduling tools and our phone and text line.

Information you give us

We collect what you choose to share when you request an estimate, book a visit, text us or leave feedback:

Contact details: your name, mobile number and, if you provide it, your email.
Project details: the service you need, your city or ZIP code, the address for the visit, your message and any photos you send.
Scheduling preferences, such as the days and times that work for you.
Your texting choices: whether you checked the service-message box, the promotional box or neither, and when.
Ratings and private feedback you submit on our review page.
Campaign details from the link that brought you to our site (such as utm_source or gclid). When you use one of our embedded forms or the scheduler, these are passed to it with your request so we know which ad or listing helped.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, Google Analytics 4 records how it's used: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the site or search that referred you, and actions such as tapping Call, Text or Book or submitting a form. Your name, phone number and email are never sent to Google Analytics.

Our website host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security. Map embeds on our contact and service-area pages load from Google, which may set its own cookies.

Your browser stores your cookie choice. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies.

How we use your information

To answer your request, schedule visits and prepare your estimate.
To do the work, send appointment reminders and service updates, and keep job and billing records.
To send promotional texts, only if you separately agreed to them.
To improve our website and services, and to block spam and fraud.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Our text program is called Randoms Lawn Care & Hardscaping. If you check the service-message box on one of our forms, we'll text you about your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. If you also check the separate promotional box, you may receive occasional texts about seasonal offers and promotions. Both boxes are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. If you call (813) 359-9722 and we can't answer, we may text you back from the same number about your call during business hours.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers we use

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only for that work:

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our customer database, website forms, online scheduling, text messaging and email. When you submit a form or text us, your details and messages are stored there on our behalf.
Google provides Google Analytics, the map embeds and our Google Business Profile. If you click through to leave a Google review, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this website.
Licensed partner contractors we coordinate for your job, such as fertilizing, pest-control or plumbing companies, receive the details they need, only with your OK.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to tell new visits from repeat visits. Analytics cookies are on by default; advertising cookies are always off. A notice on your first visit lets you decline analytics. If you do, Google Analytics stops using cookies on this site and Google may receive only limited, cookieless signals that don't identify you. Cookies set before you declined expire on their own, or you can clear them in your browser. You can change your choice anytime with Cookie settings in the footer; we remember it for 12 months.

How long we keep information

Estimate requests, customer records and job history: as long as needed to serve you and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
Texting consent and opt-out records: as long as needed to honor and document your choice.
Google Analytics data: deleted automatically under our retention setting, which is no longer than 14 months.
Browser storage: until you clear it. Your cookie choice expires after 12 months.

Your choices

Email gabriel@randomslawn.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you; we'll delete whatever we aren't required to keep. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, ask us to stop emails, and use Cookie settings to change analytics. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our site isn't directed to them.

Security

We limit access to customer information and use reputable providers with their own safeguards. No website or text system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords through our forms or by text.
